Fixed (Spreadtrum/UNISoC) firmware (.pac) flashing via BootROM mode (SPRD U2S Diag).

R/W operations moved to pure Asynchronous IO mode.

Now you can get the maximum possible Dl speed for flashing.

Restored some of the removed functions.

Added Device Manager button.

Added Task Manager button.

Added Reboot PC button.

Added ADB reboot to Fastboot.

Added ADB reboot to EDL (Bootloader unlocked or [EngROM/Board software mode]) &
